Excursion to the Mont Blanc

A trip for all, a different day!

A walk in the heart of Mont Blanc at an altitude of 3400 meters where, cross the glacier snowshoes, surrounded by crevasses and ravines, snow admiring the immense space that have made him famous.

Participants will be secured on the rope with the mountain guide, so they can enjoy the trip safely walking with snowshoes.

The program for this day trip created for friends from Azzurra campers in collaboration with the Alpine Guides of High Mountain Zerovertigo provides:

• 09:00 am - Meeting for the start of the square Funivie Piccolo San Bernardo of La Thuile and transfer to                   Courmayeur (la Palud) with the minibus Zerovertigo
• 10:30 am - Departure with snowshoes from the Glacier Monte Bianco to Punta Helbronner
• 12:30 pm - Snack break on the glacier of Mont Blanc near the Giant's Tooth
• 15:30 pm - Back in La Thuile

The cost is 50 € per person and includes:

• snowshoes, sticks, headlamp
• the equipment for the climbers
• transfer from La Thuile to Courmayeur
• insurance

Are not included and are the responsibility of each participant:

• boots and winter clothing
• the cable ticket¹

The groups will be formed with a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 7 persons per mountain guide.

¹ Mont Blanc cable car A/R 'la Palud - Punta Helbronner' 35€ per person, free for owners of multi-day three days in La Thuile.
